Low Gluten Multigrain Atta - 1 kg

Mill-it Low Gluten Multigrain Atta is made with Jowar, Ragi, Makki, Brown Rice, Bengal Gram, Moong, Oats, and Psyllium Husk.

It is called Low Gluten because the blend is made mainly with millets, rice, pulses, oats, and psyllium husk instead of regular wheat-based atta.

Its naturally gluten free however it is milled and packed in the same facilty, which is why a slight cross contamination might be possible.

You can use it to make rotis, parathas, cheela, thalipeeth, wraps, savoury pancakes, and healthy tiffin recipes.

Yes, but because it is low in gluten, the dough may need careful kneading and resting. Add warm water gradually and let the dough rest for 10–15 minutes before rolling.
